Mandated Job Requirements:

• Board Certified (No BE) open to IM/FM with 2+ years of recent EM experience
• MI License - not accepting IMLC
• BLS
• Provider must be local
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing
• Provider needs to provide exact list of availability based on list of dates
