Job DescriptionThe Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit. Candidates must meet specific licensure, experience, and certification requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage and monitor patient care in a telemetry setting.
- Perform assessments and develop patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Current and valid Ohio or Compact State nursing license.
- American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certifications required.
- Epic experience is mandatory.
- One reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty is required.
