This posting is for multiple openings of a Polysomnographer at Santa Rosa Memoria Hospital in Santa Rose, CA.
We are offering FULL TIME / NIGHT Shift positions.
Under the supervision of the Manager, this position works independently and conducts polysomnographic testing. The PSGT safely operates sophisticated medical equipment used to record sleep/wake physiology, explains procedures, prepares patients and applies recording devices. Key responsibilities include monitoring polygraph recordings and audio/visual equipment to ensure patient safety, test quality, sleep/wake data and other physiological events.

Required Qualifications:
- California Polysom Technologist License upon hire.
- National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire or
- National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year experience as a polysomnographic technologist; 2 years preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Polysomnography
- Membership in Association of Polysomnographic Technologist (APT) or American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) upon hire.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
