This role is for a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients of all ages across multiple clinic locations with a focus on community health cases. The position requires 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and prefers bilingual English/Spanish candidates, with IUD insertion or suboxone injection experience as a plus. The candidate will work under a Medical Director using the EPIC EMR system and should ideally have prior community health experience.
