Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) - Egg Harbor Township, NJJob Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (No 1099 or locums)
Salary: $399,806-$759,565 annually + leadership stipend, bonuses, and benefits
We are seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist with proven leadership experience to head a growing ENT division in a thriving, multidisciplinary healthcare environment near the Jersey Shore.Position Highlights:- Lead a team of 4 ENT physicians and 2 NPs
- Outpatient, inpatient, and surgical responsibilities
- Regular weekday schedule (8 AM-4 PM, Mon-Fri)
- 6 weekday call shifts per month (no weekend call)
- Block time in OR and clinic
- State-of-the-art technology including DaVinci XI robotics
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements:- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license
- Valid ACLS, BLS, DEA, and CSR/CDS (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum post-training clinical experience required
- Not accepting new graduates, APPs, or candidates needing visa sponsorship
