Description:
Under the supervision of the Operating Room Supervisor, the OR RN maintains the health and welfare of a patient before, during and after the surgical procedure.
Through assessment of the patient and procedures, the OR RN anticipates the needs of the surgical team and provides such services while maintaining an aseptic and safe environment.
The OR RN is a self-motivated professional and resource person who supports the mission and nursing philosophy of client.
