Retail Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Ability to live and work in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Retail management: 5 years (Required)
- Flexible in schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs
- Professional attire and attitude
- Working knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, the jewelry business, and some insight into the local market
Retail Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the team to exceed individual and store sales goals
- Develop and implement sales plans and targeted marketing campaigns
- Motivate and coach the sales team to maximize performance and create a client-centric culture
- Ensure a welcoming environment that enhances customer experience
- Address in-store client issues and resolve problems
- Oversee team scheduling, including time-off requests and daily shifts
- Perform opening/closing procedures and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize losses
Retail Assistant Manager Compensation:
- Base Salary = 50K-62K + bonus potential (Projected 30K-40K)
