Are you a Board Certified Pediatric Neurologist seeking a locum tenens opportunity? Facility near Haynesville, VA, is currently looking for coverage in their Pediatric Neurology department. Assignment Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Shift Type: Days Estimated Shifts: 0800-1700 M-F clinic (4-6 patients, hospital on call for consults, EEG reads) 1700-0800 M-F night call 0800-0800 Saturday and Sunday 24-hour call Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: Yes This opportunity offers a mix of clinic hours and on-call coverage, providing a well-rounded experience in Pediatric Neurology. The clinic focuses on outpatient care, with providers primarily handling consultations and referrals. The facility utilizes the Epic EMR system for seamless record-keeping. Mandated Job Requirements: Board Certified in Pediatric Neurology (REQUIRED) Active VA License & DEA (Highly preferred; providers needing to obtain license will be reviewed) BLS Certified (REQUIRED) COVID Vaccinated (Noted at time of name clear) EEG interpretation and inpatient coverage are essential responsibilities for the provider.
