• $455,000 Guaranteed Salary with 2 to 3 year term available
• wRVU Production $50/wRVU
• $35,000 Signing Bonus
• $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus
• Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement, Relocation paid, malpractice insurance with tail, etc.
• $5,000 CME Annually

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS General Surgery (GS)

• Medical Directorship Available
• Modern and efficient Critical Access Hospital
• Established practice, take over 20 year practice
• 22 referring providers to ensure success, no competition
• General surgery, Scopes and C-section coverage; will train
• 1:4 call for C-sections ONLY, and not required for surgery

• Board Eligible or Certified (required within 5 years of training)
• General surgery plus Scopes & C-Sections
