This is a nights and weekend position. The pay rate for this position starts at $18 / hour.

As a line cook, you’ll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here’s what you can expect:


  • Properly prepare orders from the guest check following approved portions, recipe specifications, and timing standards.
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Properly date, store, stock, and rotate food items.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines in preparation and re-heating of food products.
  • Complete accurate temperature cooling charts.
