Job Details
As a Lead Reality Capture Specialist, you will own end-to-end 3D documentation efforts while serving as the primary on-site leader and client point of contact. You will lead field execution, oversee data quality, manage site coordination, and mentor team members. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations at assigned facilities, including scheduling, PPE compliance, and coordination of on-site personnel.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Geomatics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
3–6+ years of experience with reality capture, survey equipment (TLS or SLAM), or related fieldwork
Proven experience leading field operations or small teams preferred
Travel 75%+ travel required
