A locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician is needed to provide emergency care at a 25-bed critical access hospital in North Carolina. The physician will manage an average patient load of 21 per day using the EPIC EMR system, with available surgical and ICU support. Required certifications include board certification in Emergency Medicine (preferred), BLS, ACLS, and ATLS, with some flexibility for Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with emergency experience.
