Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Duration: 4 Months
Job Responsibilities:
• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients, including reviewing medical history, symptoms, and physical examinations.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring proper documentation of assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare providers, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to deliver coordinated and high-quality patient care.
• Timesheet Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets for billing and payroll purposes.
• Patient Education: Provide patients with clear and concise information regarding their diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care.
Skills Required:
• At least 6 months of Infectious Disease patient care experience
Requirements:
• Current/eligible license for Florida Physician
