A full-time board-certified Interventional Radiologist is needed to provide hospital-based interventional radiology services at a Level I Trauma Center. The role involves performing approximately eight procedures daily with a call rotation every third day and weekend. Required procedures include angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and uterine fibroid embolization, with additional preferred experience in orthopedic, gynecologic, and urologic interventions.
ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time, board-certified Interventional Radiologist (MD)to join a strong 3-physician / 2-APP IR team. This hospital-based role provides daytime interventional radiology services with a Q3 call rotation and an average of eight cases per day.
Dates / ScheduleCoverage Type: Full-time locum
Call: Q3 (every third weekday and every third weekend)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days; can be fast-tracked for ASAP start
Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Level I Trauma Center
Team Structure: 3 IR physicians + 2 APPs + IR manager support
Patient Demographic: Primarily adults, including frequent geriatrics
Average Daily Case Volume: 8 cases/day

Additional preferred experience: Ortho, Gyn, and Urology-related procedures
Board-Certified Radiologist
Active Michigan Medical License
Active BLS & ACLS certifications
Clean malpractice and licensing history (highly preferred)
Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, Board Certification
State License Requirement: Michigan
