The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care in accordance with unit policies. This role includes supervising non-RN personnel, delegating tasks when in charge, and maintaining high-quality patient services under the supervision of a Nurse Manager. The position requires a nursing degree, proficiency with electronic patient records, and a valid RN license with BLS certification.
