RESTAURANT ACCOUNTANT / DATA ENTRY

IN-OFFICE | SALARY UP TO $80K + FULL BENEFITS

This role is NOT remote and NOT entry-level restaurant exposure.

A high-volume, multi-unit restaurant group is hiring an Accounting / Data Entry Accountant to support corporate accounting operations. If you have actual restaurant group accounting experience and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, this is a strong long-term opportunity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• High-volume accounting and data entry across multiple restaurant locations
• Daily sales, cash, credit card, and POS reconciliations
• Accounts payable, invoice entry, and vendor processing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll and labor data support
• Assist with month-end close and reporting
• Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• MUST have prior accounting experience with a restaurant group
• Comfortable with POS systems and restaurant back-office workflows
• Strong data entry skills and extreme attention to detail
• Experience with AP, reconciliations, and multi-unit environments
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Able to work in-office full-time

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
