Job Overview:
A well-established regional healthcare system is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join and help grow an ENT practice in southeastern Wisconsin. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced physicians and recently trained fellows who are looking to build a practice with strong administrative and clinical support.
The scope of practice may include outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and surgical procedures, depending on physician interest and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
Manage conditions such as nosebleeds, sinusitis, tonsillitis, adenoid disease, and mastoid infections
Perform procedures including tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies
Evaluate and treat patients with altered or diminished sense of smell
Manage benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical teams
Provide compassionate, patient-centered ENT care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Requirements:
MD or DO
Active Wisconsin medical license (or eligibility)
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency/fellowship
