I m reaching out to share a flexible Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) role with Delphi Healthcare at Jones Memorial Hospital in the Southern Tier region of New York. This is a great opportunity for a local provider looking to work in both Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine with an immediate start upon completion of credentialing.

We are seeking dependable providers to help meet consistent shift needs typically ranging from 6 12 shifts per month between the ED and Urgent Care settings. Coverage needs vary, but there is regular availability for those seeking a steady per diem schedule.

• Start Date: Immediate, pending credentialing

• Employment Type: W2, Per Diem

• Location: Jones Memorial Hospital Southern Tier, NY

• Shifts: hours (Urgent Care and Emergency Department coverage)

• Support: On-site APP and physician support depending on the shift

• Active NYS license as a PA or NP

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care background strongly valued

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Local to the area or able to reliably commute to Jones Memorial Hospital

• Work in a respected community hospital setting

• Flexible per diem scheduling with consistent monthly availability
