Gastroenterology Opportunity in Houston, Texas

Join one of The Woodlands most respected private GI practices offering immediate procedural volume, early partnership, and a high-demand patient base. This is an exceptional opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist seeking long-term growth in a collegial, physician-owned setting. General and interventional candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Practice Overview

You'll join a seasoned team of three gastroenterologists and three advanced practice providers across three North Houston clinic sites (all within 20 min of The Woodlands)
Integrated model includes in-house diagnostics, motility lab, capsule endoscopy, FibroScan, and ultrasound
Affiliated with a top-ranked endoscopy ASC equipped with Olympus systems and EUS capabilities
Shared call of 1 week/month with optional extra weeks for extra monthly income

Schedule

Full-time structure: 5 half-days clinic + 4 half-days procedures weekly
Ramp-up phase: 8-10 clinic visits and 4-5 procedures/day; post-ramp: 12-14 clinic visits/day and 25-30 weekly procedures
Call volume ranges from 15-35 consults and 8-12 procedures/week across two hospitals
Reduced clinic/procedure load during call weeks for balance

Compensation & Benefits

Three year salary guarantee + extra call shift pay (optional)
- Guarantee increases each year. Extra pay for Advanced GI!
ERCP/EUS-trained physicians receive 10% salary boost
Sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and CME allowance
Full benefits including malpractice, 401(k), and family health coverage
12-month track to ownership in both the practice and ASC, with ROI of 25-35% and refunded buy-in

Candidate Requirements

BE/BC in Gastroenterology (General GI or Interventional welcome)
Strong procedural interest and high-volume mindset
Comfort with multi-site private practice setting
Partnership-track mindset strongly preferred
