- 40-50 deliveries per month pre-COVID, significantly lower currently
- Attend C-sections and deliveries only at OB request
- Level I nursery care
- NRP certification required
- Minimal pediatric census
- Leave coverage assignment
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
