This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00. Patients Per Day: 22 Practice Setting: Outpatient Scope: Primary Care. Must see all ages State Licensure: Active Michigan State License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Must be Board Certified. Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Yes, 2-4 Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
