Description:
- This is a multidisciplinary group offering liver resection of any kind, liver directed therapy, systemic chemotherapy and immunotherapy, Cyberknife treatments, supportive services, nutritional consultation, and access to research/clinical trials.
- Health systemis seeking a Hepatologist that will streamline coordination of care and minimize the amount of travel required by patients in the community served by health systemby maximizing the usage of the services offered by ourLiver Center of Excellence in coordination with the transplant program that best fit the individual patient needs.
- The Hepatologist will be supported by the system and work on updating the existing protocols in collaboration with the Medical Director of the Cancer Center. It is expected that a liver tumor board will be developed.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hepatology
- Dual Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology
- Eligible for licensure in NJ and PA
- 2 of more years of experience outside of fellowship
