- Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties

- No inpatient oncology
- Tenured nursing and support staff, scribes
- 4-day work week

- Provider can live in Champaign, if desired
Compensation:
- 700K Salary
- 75K Sign on
- 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
- Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan - Completely independent from your contributions
- Hospital contributes $35,000 per year for years 1-5
- Hospital contributes $70,000 per year, ongoing, after year 6
- 30 Days PTO
- Additional 403b with 4 percent match
- 10K Relocation
- $3,300 CE allowance
