Job Description:
Compensation : $450000 - $600000 Job ID : 40604
Job Function:
- Lead clinical operations, ensuring quality care, efficiency, and strategic alignment with institutional goals.
- Oversee gastroenterologists and clinical staff, implement strategies, and enhance patient outcomes through collaboration.
- Collaborate with GI, Department of Medicine, and hospital leadership to fulfill divisional objectives.
- Support clinical research, education, and adherence to evidence-based protocols.
- Board-certified gastroenterologist with leadership experience and active clinical practice.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 8 years of practice with leadership experience
- NJ license is required.
