Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - OB/GYN in Enumclaw, WA

As a key provider, you'll be responsible for managing diverse OB/GYN cases, including low and high-risk pregnancies, surgeries, and emergency call coverage, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Valid and active medical license in Washington State
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience with routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and third to fourth-degree laceration repairs
- Proficiency in OB inductions, emergent GYN surgeries, and FHR interpretation
- Ability to handle low and high-risk pregnancies with confidence
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Comfort with on-call duties and emergency procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a critical access hospital or similar small hospital setting
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Previous locum and hospital-based OB/GYN experience
- Ability to supervise and assist during C-sections
- Knowledge of VBAC management and GYN surgical procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in OB/GYN practice
- Prior experience with high-acuity obstetric cases preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to respond within 20 minutes during on-call hours
- Willingness to work varied shifts, averaging 7-8 shifts per month over 9-12 months
- Credentialing at the facility within three weeks of start date; candidate must provide all necessary documentation promptly
- Travel accommodations including preferred lodging options such as hotels or Airbnb; local travel preferred
- Support staff including in-clinic MA or LPN and hospital-based RNs
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
