• Day Shift -1 charge, 4 RN, 2 CNA
• Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 RN, 2 CNA
• Patient Ratios - 1:5/ 1:6 stretch dependent on level of care
• Inpatient overflow unit w/mixed level of care- medical surgical and/or step-down patients bedded on this unit
• Short stay (<24 hr LOS) patients target to this unit.
• Quick turnover
• Type of equipment - telemetry; if telemetry monitoring indicated, all patients hardwired to bedside monitor.
• EMR - Cerner
