A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia care with a high degree of autonomy, operating primarily in Level I and Level II hospitals under a 4:1 supervision model. The role involves working scheduled 8- or 10-hour shifts without call, weekends, holidays, or overtime, using EMR systems EPIC and Cerner. Board certification or eligibility and an active Michigan nursing license are required, with credentialing support provided and mandatory flu vaccination policies in place.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:

- Location: Michigan
- Coverage: 8's and 10's with NO call, NO holidays, NO weekends and NO O.T.
- License: An active Michigan state license is required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- EMR: EPIC (level 1) and Cerner (level 2) are both used
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: Providers will operate within a 4:1 supervision model, and due to the high level of autonomy among CRNAs, candidates must be comfortable working in near-independent settings.
