About the FacilityA level III trauma center is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum coverage.
About the Facility LocationThe facility is located in NW South Dakota.
About the Clinician's WorkdayThe anesthesiologist will be supervising CRNAs and be hands on during epidural placements and preop for pain blocks. Cases expected are General, Ortho, some ortho spine, ENT, Urology, plastics, podiatry, and OB. The clincian will have to take call during the week, and rotating on the weekends.
Additional Job Details- Case Load/PPD: 20-25 cases per day
- Patient Population: All Ages
- Call Ratio/Schedule: 1-2 weeknights, then rotate nights and days on the weekend
- Location Type: On-Site
- Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes
- Government: No
- Percentage Hands On: 50%
- Supervision/Medical Direction: Supervision
