RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Call requirements include one weekend per month and one to two nights per week
• 13-week assignment duration starting as soon as possible
• 5+ years of experience required
• Pre-op, PACU, and OR Scrub/circulator experience required
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Paper charting system (no EMR)
• No 48-hour weekly guarantees
• Auto offers only with no interviews required
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in operating room patient care
• Work as member of surgical team with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel
• Ensure supplies and timeliness of surgical cases
• Communicate with patient families during procedures
• Update physician preference cards
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care
• Follow State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, and hospital policies
