Annual Salary: $180k-$200k (Varies depending on years of experience)
Our client is a dynamic, community-based outpatient clinic seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Spanish, and passionate about delivering culturally competent care to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based guidelines and patient goals
- Communicate effectively with patients and families in Chinese or Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of health conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions
- Coordinate care with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and refer to specialists as appropriate
- Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in New York
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Spanish is required
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
