MUSC is seeking skilled Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team of Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers. Candidates will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services for patients in Marion, South Carolina.
About Our Opportunity:
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant or completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an APRN as noted below.
- 2 years of Emergency Room Experience as an APP or graduation from an Emergency Room Fellowship. If APRN, 4 years as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in an Adult Emergency Department.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant will be assigned a Primary Supervising/Collaborating Physician employed by MUSC and will report directly to this physician.
- Eligible for South Carolina licensure
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
