We are seeking a patient-focused Optometrist to join a quality-driven specialty eye care practice. This role emphasizes medically focused optometry, advanced diagnostics, and personalized patient care rather than high-volume refraction. The ideal candidate is passionate about clinical excellence, patient education, and collaborative care.

• Perform comprehensive medical eye examinations with a strong focus on patient education

• Diagnose and manage dry eye disease using advanced diagnostics and in-office treatments

• Evaluate and manage myopia progression and binocular vision conditions

• Fit and manage specialty contact lenses, including scleral, ortho-K, and custom lenses

• Collaborate with technicians, opticians, and other providers to deliver high-quality care

• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and coordinate referrals as needed

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree

• Active state optometry license

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Comfort with medical and speciality eye care

• Speciality experience preferred but not required (mentorship available)
