Primary Care Physician Locums Job in Daytona Beach, FloridaGeneral Summary:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Locum Provider to deliver high-quality primary care services for seniors in Tampa, Florida. This is a full-time, temporary assignment supporting our team for 3-6 months. You will provide excellent care to patients while adhering to all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities: Examine and treat patients, ensuring proper care, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Prescribe medications, administer routine vaccinations, and offer healthcare advice.
Request necessary tests, conduct follow-ups, and refer to specialists when needed.
Perform surgical procedures, if applicable for your specialty.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM/8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Average 12-14 patients per day
Start as soon as credentialed
Required Qualifications: MD or DO with a medical degree from an accredited school.
Minimum one year of experience in a hospital, ER, or private practice.
Current medical license in the State of Florida and Board Certified or Eligible.
Experience with Epic EMR is a plus.
