Atrius Health (Optum) seeks a board-certified/eligible Adult Primary Care Physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds to join a physician-led, team-based primary care practice in eastern Massachusetts. The role emphasizes value-based care, integrated behavioral health, longer patient visits, flexible scheduling, and use of an award-winning EMR, with compensation tied to quality and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications:
- BC/ BE in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Active MCSR & DEA
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
