Practice:
Rural West Texas
Available positions: CMO, Primary Care or Family Medicine w/ OB
CMO would have both clinical and administrative responsibilities (80%/20%)
Start Date: ASAP, Pending credentialing
Credentialing time frame: 90-120 days
Group consist of 1 Full-time FM, 2 Part-time IM, 3 Full-time PAs
Current schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour days
Patients per day: 18-22 patients per day
EMR system: NextGen
Large Spanish speaking population
Offering:
Base Salary:
o Primary Care: Up to $230k+
o FM with OB: Up to $296k+
o CMO: Up to $300k+
Quarterly targeted encounter bonus

$3k CE Allowance
