Seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA clinical services in Peachtree City, GA (or within 50 miles), including assessments, individualized treatment planning, FBA/FA, caregiver training, data review, and supervision of RBTs via telehealth or in-person. Position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, $1,000+ sign-on bonus, PTO, training/clinical support, and flexible/remote options. Requires active BCBA certification, clinical experience with children and families, CEU maintenance, data/ABA software familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Position Details:
Position: Full-Time BCBA
Location: Peachtree City In-Clinic
Pay: Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed
Qualifications:
Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing
Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software
Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
