Our client, a reputable food service provider, is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team. As a Prep Cook, you will be part of the kitchen operations supporting the culinary team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dedication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Prep Cook
Location: Elmsford, NY
Pay Range: 18-20.00/hr., based on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

What's the Job?
- Prepare ingredients and set up workstations for line cooks, including washing, chopping, and portioning produce, meats, and cheeses
- Make sauces and dressings, ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow recipes accurately and manage inventory to ensure smooth service
- Assist with kitchen maintenance tasks such as washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing storage areas

- No minimum experience required
- Ability to work early mornings and adhere to scheduled hours
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
