This position is for a Family Practice physician with Obstetrics responsibilities located in Eastern Oregon, offering a lifestyle surrounded by abundant outdoor recreation. Position DetailsSpecialty: Family Practice with Obstetrics (FPOB)
Setting: Outpatient clinic and inpatient OB; no emergency department shifts
Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts; weekday off varies)
Call: 1 in 3 rotation
Clinic Hours: (Ability to do a 4 or 5 day week) 35 hours patient care + 5 hours admin; charting built into schedule
Patient Volume: patients per day Deliveries: approximately per year, with roughly 15 C-sections annually
Facilities: 2 modern birthing suites (recently remodeled)
EMR: Cerner
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $305,000 $315,000
Sign-On & Relocation: $50,000, paid on first payroll
PTO: 8 weeks, with an additional 2 weeks after 5 years of service
CME: 2 weeks + $4,000 allowance
