Registered Nurse - CVOR
Job Details:
• Work four 10-hour shifts with weekend rotation and no on-call requirements
• May occasionally float to outpatient surgery
• Provide assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care in acute patient setting
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to patients in assigned area
• Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive care plans incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Foster collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in 10-bed unit
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, CA RN Licensure
• CNOR and PALS certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience with orthopedics/vascular/robotic surgery required
• CVOR experience required, scrubbing highly recommended
• Travel experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 40 hours of orientation required
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)
