American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring at least one year of skilled home health experience and BCLS certification.
Responsibilities- Home health setting covering Medford, OR and surrounding areas
- Visits up to 6 patients per day with a 1:1 ratio and a standard of 30 productivity points
- Day shift; 8-hour shifts from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, five days per week
- No weekends, on-call, or float within units required, but floating statewide between facilities is expected
- EPIC and Oasis are used for charting and documentation
- Oasis experience is required
- Travelers are responsible for transportation and may occasionally drive a radius of 50+ miles, though scheduling generally aims to minimize drive time
- IRS standard mileage reimbursement applies
- Any color scrubs are acceptable
- No accommodation for block scheduling or extended shifts (e.g., 4x10s or 3x12s)
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not be within 50 miles of the facility
- Modules totaling approximately 16 hours must be completed pre-start and annually
- Minimal to no RTO (requested time off) is preferred and must be discussed prior to consideration
- Locals within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate
- Active PT license required if applicable; pending license accepted
- Minimum of one year of recent skilled home health experience required
- Current BCLS certification
- Own, reliable transportation required
- Primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster required
- Minimum of two supervisory references from the past three years in a comparable setting
- Epic and Oasis experience required
