We are hiring a Critical Care Nocturnist . A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

- At Montefiore Nyack Hospital, our strong, collaborative team includes 4 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs.
- Within the hospital, we work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth care transitions.

- As an award-winning Certified Stroke Center, Nyack Hospital has dedicated specialists and resources to expedite care for stroke patients.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in critical care medicine
- Active New York License and DEA
- Authorized to work in the United States
Modified Block Scheduling:
- 12-hour day shift and 12-hour night shift model
- Average of 15 shifts per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team of critical care professionals to provide comprehensive medical care to ICU patients as part of the Intensivist team in a 391-bed, Level III trauma center.
- Value teamwork as part of the larger multi-disciplinary team.

- Compensation – Competitive Shift-Based Compensation with an average annual income of $450,000 to $480,000, based on shifts worked.
