- $10,000 sign-on bonus.

About the Role
Our physicians average 15 patients per day, with 20+ minute appointments, ensuring personalized and high-quality care. You ll also supervise physician assistants and play a key role in improving outcomes for underserved populations, including patients without health insurance.
What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics geriatrics).
- Conduct exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans within longer visit times.
- Manage a patient panel averaging 15/day.
- Supervise and mentor physician assistants.
- Deliver patient-centered care for underserved populations.
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- MD or DO, with active/unrestricted CA license (or ability to obtain).
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum 5 years of experience treating patients across all ages.
- Experience serving underserved populations and uninsured patients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
