Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in Massachusetts requiring MA RN licensure, BLS, and Meditech experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift position, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Telemetry patients within a generalized Med/Surg patient population
• Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Use of the Meditech electronic medical record system
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must be able to provide patient care for both medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• May be required to float within the department as needed
• Compliance with holiday rotation is expected

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Experience with Meditech EMR required
• Telemetry experience preferred
