- Clean background and file
- Candidates MUST physically attend the Credentialing Committee meeting
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

License Requirements:Facility Overview- Total Hospital Beds: 243
- Facility Annual Volume: 38,000
- ED Volume: 38,000
- EMR: Cerner
- ED Patients Per Hour: 1.7
- Trauma Designation: Level II
- Specialty Backup: Trauma/Gen Surg, Vasc/Cardiology, GI, Psych
Additional Details- Relatively busy Level 2 trauma center with moderate acuity medical volume.
- 10-bed inpatient general pediatrics unit.
- Endovascular-capable stroke center.
- Excellent subspecialty backup, excluding OB (transferred), and CT surg.
- Inpatient psychiatry and detox service available.
Qualifications- All providers must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
- Residency Requirements: Emergency Medicine Residency.
- Will not accept American Board of Physician Specialty.
