RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work on a 17-bed Transplant Progressive Care Unit (617 Solid Organ Transplant)
• Located on 6 East West floor
• Patient ratio of 1:4 (estimated)
• Work with 6 RNs and 1 PCT per shift on both day and night shifts
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must demonstrate strong time management skills
• Float to all acute care areas including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and orthopedics
• Typical procedures include general surgeries, kidney transplants, and pre-liver work-ups
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Dress code requires royal blue scrubs
• No specialized equipment requirements
