Seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician for a full-time hospital-based practice providing care to children and adults. Responsibilities include performing general ENT surgical procedures, office-based biopsies, and managing patients in coordination with a support team including nurses and a nurse practitioner. The position requires WV licensure, DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications, and offers comprehensive compensation with additional benefits such as license reimbursement and travel stipend.
We are hiring a Board-Certified ENT Physician to join a busy hospital-based ENT practice on a full-time, ongoing basis!
Position Details
Start Date: October 20, 2025
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Call Coverage: 6 days/month (weeknights & weekends)
Setting: Hospital-based ENT practice with Audiology & Head/Neck Cancer services
Patient Population: Children through adults
Hospital Size: 956 beds
EMR: Cerner
Work Scope
Procedures:
3 4 OR cases per day (one OR day/week, case load varies by complexity)
Minor office-based procedures, including biopsies and nasoendoscopies
Must be able to perform all General ENT procedures
Support Team:
3 nurses
1 NP (intermittent patient support)
Pre-cert specialist for scheduling office visits, surgeries, and testing
Requirements
Board Certification: Required
License: WV license required (IMLC or WV temporary license candidates considered)
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
Experience: Minimum 1 year in ENT
Compensation and perks:
Hourly compensation: $210/ W2 and $240/ 1099
Certification reimbursement
License reimbursement
Travel stipend of $1200/ week
