Infant Child Care Assistant Teacher provides loving, responsive care and early learning for infants in a licensed childcare center, partnering with families and a teaching team to maintain safe routines and meet licensing standards. Preferred qualifications include being 18+, meeting state licensing requirements, and having a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education and prior childcare experience. The role involves physical tasks (lifting, bending, sitting on floor), communication with families, and participation in professional development within a supportive preschool organization.
Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.
As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications
