Front of House Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Technically savvy with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce).
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
