Rheumatology-Minutes from Myrtle Beach
- Employed practice seeks a BE/BC Rheumatologist to join their team
- Guaranteed base salary + WRVU bonuses
- Physician will join dedicated nurse, office staff, and assistant director
- Monday-Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-12pm
- 16-18 patients per day
- Mostly outpatient with minimal inpatient consults (average of 3 during clinic hours)
- Sign-on $45,000+
- Call Schedule: No night or weekend call responsibilities. Physicians may receive Cerner communications asking how soon a patient needs to be seen for urgent cases, which are scheduled at the next available appointment.
- Visit Timing: 60 minutes for new patients, 20 minutes for follow-ups
- Patient Mix: 2 follow-up visits to 1 new patient
- Infusion Services: 10-15% of services are infusion-based.
