The Experienced HVAC Service Technician will troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction while working full-time with competitive pay and benefits. The role requires at least three years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and the physical ability to manage equipment in tight spaces. Pay: $25 - $35 per hour plus commissions
Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance
Sign-on Bonus:
- $1800 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
- $6000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
- $8000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Your Role as a Residential HVAC Technician
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
- Deliver exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction
What You Need:
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
